Stretch Flow is a mobility and stretch class specifically designed to mitigate the risk of injury and increase longevity on the mat. We are passionate about training smart as we believe that you get the most out of your martial arts training when you look after your body.
Our Program
We focus on PREPARATION.
By using active mobility, we prepare the body for the rigours of martial arts. We make your body, especially your joints, flexible, mobile and strong! Consider this “pre-hab” rather than “re-hab”, for your body!
We focus on RECOVERY.
By using active mobility, stretching and breathing, we ease tension, reduce pain and leave you feeling better for your next session on the mat or in the ring.
With the right PREPARATION and adequate RECOVERY, you are able to train harder and perform at your best.
Our coach
Kristie is a Prehab and Recovery Specialist with over 12 years coaching experience. She is a Gymnastic Strength Training Coach and certified Functional Range Conditioning and Stretch Therapy Coach. Kristie is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu, and experienced cyclist and runner, and enjoys working with athletes to make sure they get the most out of their training, and minimise their risk of injury. Kristie is also a qualified massage therapist, and uses this to aid in the recovery of the athletes she works with.
