What is Female Only Boxing?
Female Only Boxing at VT1 is a complete, full body workout for Women using authentic boxing techniques and training methods. Our Coaching team consists of real boxers and our Womens Boxing classes are highly motivating, safe and fun.
Why Female Only Boxing Classes?

We understand that females may feel apprehensive and conscious when training in a mainly male-dominated sport such as martial arts. Hence, our female only classes are meant to create a safe, supportive and comfortable environment for you to quickly achieve your fitness goals. We focus on strength, fitness, techniques and help you build your confidence gradually. Our classes are non-contact, safe and enjoyable. Every session is different so it’s never boring!
Our Coach
VT1 Head Boxing Coach, Eddy Kaliboti, has been training since age 10 and has decades of competition and coaching experience under his belt. He teaches the Cuban style which has a unique flair and finesse that that has been passed down for our students to learn.
Our Womens boxing program has been carefully crafted to suit all experience and fitness levels. With an emphasis on creating complete female boxers, our coaches teach the sweet science in a methodical way from the ground up.
