Female Only Kickboxing is a complete, full body workout using authentic Kickboxing techniques and training methods. Unlike the regular gym, it is highly motivating and you learn authentic techniques with an experienced expert. Every session is unique, fast-paced, heart pumping and focuses on all body parts to make sure you reach your health and fitness goals.

Bets Manio is a certified personal trainer and has been training Muay Thai over a decade. She understands that women have unique needs and drives. Her passion is to help her students realise their potential and reach their goals in a safe and encouraging space.
